Grace Exhibition Space will be participating in the Infr'action International Performance Art Festival in Sete, France
Began in Marseilles, France in 2007 the Urban Disorder Festival is a fusion of new writing and performance - a laboratory festival with 25 artists from France and internationally to explore through performance the many public territories that receive the different peoples of the public sphere.
The 4th Edition will explore trouble in the public order, our feelings of security and of our public exchanges - questioning the lines between performance, urban art, contemporary art and live spectacle

Cr�� en 2007 � Marseille, par RedPlexus, r�seau d'�changes et de diffusion des nouvelles �critures de la performance, le laboratoire-festival PR�AVIS DE D�SORDRE URBAIN convie chaque ann�e 25 artistes fran�ais et internationaux � investir et � explorer par la performance plusieurs territoires urbains � la rencontre de diff�rents publics.
Pour sa 4�me �dition � Marseille, du 18 au 25 septembre 2010, PR�AVIS DE D�SORDRE URBAIN met l'accent sur la notion de trouble de l'ordre public. La d�rive s�curitaire de notre soci�t� est source d'une certaine forme d'inhibition des �changes entre citoyens dans l'espace public. La performance est un acte artistique parfois subversif, souvent po�tique, qui se nourrit du contexte dans laquelle elle se d�roule, tout en le modifiant. Le festival invite � d�roger, d�border, d�ranger, perturber mais aussi interroger, interpeller, proposer aux publics des exp�riences inattendues, d�capantes, d'autres mani�res de vivre ensemble en milieu urbain.
PR�AVIS DE D�SORDRE URBAIN questionne les liens entre performance, art urbain, art contemporain, spectacle vivant ; esquisse des pistes de r�flexion sur l�enjeu citoyen des nouvelles �critures artistiques dans l�espace public ; et convoque la ville, le quotidien, le d�tournement des usages citoyens et des relations sociales comme terrain d�exp�riences artistiques. Avec une dose de d�sordre, PR�AVIS DE D�SORDRE URBAIN rend perceptible ces cr�ations tout en inventant des rencontres avec le public, qui conservent la vitalit� de l�art dans une ville en contexte.

Opened in 2006, Grace Exhibition Space is devoted exclusively to Performance Art. We offer an opportunity to experience visceral and challenging works by the current generation of international performance artists whether emerging, mid-career or established. Our events are presented on the floor, not on a stage, dissolving the boundary between artist and viewer. This is how performance art is meant to be experienced and our mission is the glorification of performance art.
Grace Exhibition Space presents over 30 curated live performance art exhibitions each year, showcasing new work by more than 400 performance artists from across the United States and the world since 2006.
